Lauren became a certified mindset coach in 2023. She truly believes that mindset is everything when it comes to performance in the arena. As a multiple world champion, she has experienced first hand what training the mind can do to elevate your ride to the next level
A Passion for Mindfulness
Lauren's passion for training the mind came after years of failed finals performances that were due to nerves. She knew there had to be a way to overcome her personal thoughts and set in to the arena with the mindset of a champion. After much research she found a way to train her mindset that not only allowed her to attain success in the show pen but to finally enjoy every performance as well.
The Horse Connection
Lauren has been riding and showing horses since she was a young girl. She has shown in multiple events, from reining and cutting to jumping and the all around. Her passion lies within bringing young horses along to become reliable show partners. She currently shows in the AQHA All Around and Ranch events. She utilizes her mindset training in her everyday riding as well as when she steps into the show pen.
