10/10 recommend!! There is a lot of great information! I've started implementing this into my ride and have noticed major changes for the better! I read their posts and take a lot of their information into my rides! I'll listen to each podcast a few times and get something new out of it every time I listen!

This podcast is the best! Ellie is also my Personal Trainer so sometimes as I listen to her guests, I feel like she asked a question just for me. Their responses and advice are little pearls to help me cultivate better rides and connection with my horses. Thank you for putting this information out there for our equestrian community!

Omg how cool! I was just thinking about how there needs to be more out there as far as fitness for equestrians! Love this concept, especially as a massage therapist for equestrians 

I absolutely LOVE this podcast!!! Especially their skills within both mental and physical support for show riders. They helped my motivation, belief, and coolness at our first European Championship for Paint horses!
